1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate players, celebrities, other members or CricAmore staff.
2. Your content
You own what you post. By posting it, you give CricAmore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and share it on the site and our social channels for running and promoting CricAmore. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it follows our Community Guidelines.
In line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not host, upload, publish, share or transmit any content that: belongs to someone else without rights; is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic or invasive of privacy; is insulting or harassing on the basis of gender; is racially or ethnically objectionable; promotes money laundering or gambling; is harmful to children; infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right; deceives or misleads about its origin or knowingly spreads false information; impersonates another person; threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order; contains software viruses or malicious code; or violates any law in force.
3. Moderation and termination
We may review, hold, edit, hide or remove any content and may warn, suspend or terminate any account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice. We will act on valid complaints and government or court orders within the timelines set by law.
4. Our content and trademarks
The CricAmore name, logo, design and editorial articles belong to CricAmore. You may share links but may not copy our articles in full without permission. Team names, league names and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only for reference; CricAmore is not affiliated with the BCCI, ICC, IPL or any team.
5. Live scores, stats and third-party links
Scores, stats and widgets may come from third-party providers and can be delayed or wrong. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. No betting or real-money gaming
CricAmore does not offer, promote or facilitate betting, gambling or real-money games. Fantasy content on the site is for information and entertainment only.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. Opinions posted by members are their own, not CricAmore’s. To the extent allowed by law, CricAmore is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from content posted by members. See our Disclaimer.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal will have exclusive jurisdiction.
